The Submarine Wharf is a former shipyard for submarines. In 2015, the industrial hall was converted into an event location. The hall was provided with good basic facilities to accommodate various events and was increasingly used for exhibitions, parties and conferences.

After the arrival of a professional operator (RDM Events), the ambition arose to turn the hall into a state-of-the-art venue. The unique location of the hall was made visible by the placement of a huge glass facade on the river. Furthermore, the entrance and the climate installation were optimized for the intended use. The result is a unique modern event location in the middle of the port of Rotterdam.
